Your have to complete the whole registration process within 30 minutes. The time slot you hold will be automatically released after 30 minutes if you cannot submit your application.
申請人須於三十分鐘內填妥並遞交申請表格。三十分鐘後，申請表格將不能遞交。
Places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
考試名額先到先得。
You are advised to provide all the required items on the registration form as Smart Education Co. Ltd. may not be able to formally process your application.
申請人應提供報名表格上要求之所有資料，否則聰穎教育有限公司可能無法正式處理閣下之申請。
Smart Education Co. Ltd. will acknowledge receipt of application through e-mail within 2 hours after your successful submission. You must enter your e-mail address correctly on the on-line application. Subsequent change of e-mail address through the system is not allowed.
聰穎教育有限公司會在你遞交申請表格後2小時內以電郵確認你的遞交資料已獲受理。你必須於網上申請書內填寫正確的電郵地址。往後不能作網上更改電郵地址。
If you have not received any acknowledgement within 2 hours after you have submitted your application on-line, please contact Smart Education Co. Ltd. immediately.
如你未有在遞交申請表格後2小時內接獲確認申請通知，請你從速與聰穎教育有限公司聯絡。
Personal Data provided as part of the registration process will be used for the purpose of the TOEFL Junior test. The data may also be used for related research, development, and marketing purposes. The data will be handled by Smart Education Co. Ltd. and Educational Testing Service (ETS).
報名時提供之個人資料只作應考初中托福考試之用途。資料也可能用於相關的研究、開發和營銷目的。此等資料只由聰穎教育有限公司和Educational Testing Service (ETS) 處理。
Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access and the correction of your personal data. Anyone wishing to access or make corrections to either data should submit a written request to do so to Smart Education Co. Ltd.
根據個人資料(私隱)條例之規定，閣下有權要求查閱及更正閣下之個人資料。任何人士如欲查閱或更正個人資料均須書面向聰穎教育有限公司提出請求。
